We don’t lead them because we’re not the experts in their personal lives or business. Instead, we collaborate with them in a shared purpose, which is manifesting their vision. But where did DSA come from?
Although DSA began in 2022, its inception has roots that extend to the early 2000s. This company began as an idea in the mind of Dr. Detra Shon. She endeavored to use her skills and experience to assist others in meeting their desired goals and dreams. Under the former umbrella of Meeting the Need Consulting and Publishing (MTNCP), the business helped others launch their ideas into marketable companies. MTNCP took a hiatus from official service due to the owner pursuing her education. The owner continued helping individuals on the side as partnering with purpose has always been in her heart. Despite a break from business, the desire to continue purposeful partnerships intensified so in collaboration with her husband, Detra Shon and Associates was born.
