Detra Brown – Partner
Dr. Detra Brown possesses over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Administration in diverse industries. She served in roles ranging from Administrative Assistant to Human Resources Manager. During her roles, she coached employees toward promotions while encouraging managers in leadership matters. Outside of her 9-5, she managed projects for several small start-ups. She partnered with clients to fulfill their objectives. She combined her project manager skills with administration to ensure that her clients were guided to success.
Besides Dr. Detra’s business acumen, she also has an affinity for the written word. She spent her entire life journaling and composing different works to enhance her skills and for pure enjoyment. She also expanded her writing ability by serving as an Editor for other authors. Prior to obtaining her doctorate degree, Dr. Detra authored two books under a pseudonym, which are The Love Cycle: A Circle of Wholeness and Know Him Through. She is in the process of writing several other works.
Dr. Detra received a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University and a dual Master’s degree from Webster University in Human Resources Development and Management.

Terry Brown – Partner
Terry Brown started working in the financial sector at 21 years of age. He was an honor student at the American Institute of Banking where he gained a vast wealth of knowledge that jump-started his banking career.
His banking background spans two decades. He worked for JP Morgan Chase and Citibank two of the largest banks in the world at that time. He also worked for Edward Jones, an Investment Brokerage Company. Terry’s financial career ranges from Bank Teller to Assistant Branch Manager, which prepared him for his most successful position as a Multibank Assistant Operations Manager overseeing several locations. He successfully managed lending departments throughout his career. He has managed scores of people and works well with others. His management style has encouraged many to go on to be successful individuals in the financial industry. Therefore, Terry brings to the industry many years of Supervisory and Managerial top-notch experience. His exemplary interpersonal relationship skills and motivational qualities cause many to gravitate to him.
Terry’s vast financial industry knowledge helped to propel him into serving as a mentor to help others escape debt and experience financial freedom. He endeavors to continue sharing and helping individuals receive financial liberation by overcoming credit challenges.
Terry and his lovely wife Dr. Detra Shon Brown of more than 20 years commit to assisting people and fulfilling their God-given purpose while remaining financially free. The family’s unpredictable and rambunctious Yorkie, Remington resides in their home to ensure that there’s never a dull moment.
